Customer Care Agents job vacancies in a Telecommunications Company in Abuja and Portharcourt A Telecommunications Company requires the services of intelligent, friendly, vibrant, charming and presentable young female and male graduates to work in two new Call Centers opening soon in Abuja and Port Harcourt. 
Position: Customer Care Agents 

Requirements: Not more than 30 years of age. Excellent interpersonal relations and attitude. Friendly disposition, charming character and amiable personality. Must be computer literate. Excellent spoken English. Fluent spoken Hausa for Abuja and Pidgin English for PH Good communication skill. 
Qualifications: B.Sc or HND in any field. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps Programme. 
Responsibilities: Attending to customers over the phone. Capturing customers’ details on the system. Providing information and resolving customers’ issues. Escalating customers’ queries to appropriate units for prompt resolution.
