ESTATE MANAGER in

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Administration, you will work directly with the
management team to plan and execute the overall management of the
institution's properties. You will:
- Manage the timely provision
of property support services
- Effectively screen and
oversee vendors and contractors
The Person
- Degree-qualified in Estate
Management or any related property management discipline (possession of
a relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage)
- At least 10 years' experience
in property management and valuation
- Registered with and a member
of relevant bodies such as NIESV and ESVARBON
