Construction Supervisor

Our client, Total Nigeria requires the service of the following personnel in in their Port Harcourt office:

Job Title: Construction  Supervisor

Job Location: Port Harcourt

Qualification:

• Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas surface facilities as a Piping, Mechanical, Construction or Project Site Supervisor.
• Acquaintance with international standards: API, ASTM, ASME, BS, ISO.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE – work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis etc
• Good knowledge of inspection and control dimension of structure steel, piping, equipment and supports during fabrication and installation.
• Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, comply to quality standard in accordance with the project schedules
• Ability to supervise and control the resources of piping/structural fabrication, inspection, testing, installation and commissioning.
• Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Contractor's personnel and to provide positive input to methods and solutions for improvement
