Qualification

• Minimum first degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of successful experience as Customer Service Officer.
• Bold, composed, problem solver, proactive with a 'can-do' mind set.
• Must have excellent organizational, planning & reporting skills.
• Perfect command of English language with Microsoft Office proficiency.
