Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Requirements

• Personnel Management/Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of human resources management in a large organisation.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
• Proficient use of ICT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet.

Job Title: Sites & Facilities Officer
Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering/Building/Facilities or Landscape Management.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
• Five years post qualification management experience.
• Proficient use of CT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet. 

Job Title: Catering Manager
Requirements

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the food and service.
• Strong organisatlonal, communication and monitoring skills.
• Degree /Post graduate degree in Food & Nutrition, Food Science & Technology, Home Economics or similar.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in a Food & Beverage organisation.
• Proficient use ICT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet.

Job Title: Head of Languages (English teacher)
Requirements

• Minimum of B. Ed or BA/B. Sc + NCE/PGDE. Excellent lesson planning, assessment, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the British curriculum is an advantage.
• Previous head of department experience essential.
• 5 years’ teaching experience.
• Proficient use of ICT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet.

Job Title: Principal (local or foreign)
Requirements 

• Extensive administrative and teaching experience in an African and / or British curriculum programme.
• A minimum of at least 5 years Headship experience, preferably in an international girls’ boarding school.
• An advanced professional degree with current National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), Education Doctorate, Master degree in Education or equivalent.

Job Title: Director of Administration
Requirements

• Responsible for implementing and delivering an effective administrative support to the school.
• Degree/Postgraduate degree in Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and/or Management.
• At least 10 years’ work experience of which 5 years must have been in a managerial position.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
• Proficient use of CT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet.

Job Title: Head of Boarding (females only) 

Requirements

• Minimum of B. Ed or BAJB. Sc + NCE/PGDE. 5 years’ experience in teaching and working in boarding education.
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents, Willingness, ability and skills to contribute to extra - curricular activities.
• Proficient use of ICT packages including MS Office Suite and the internet.

Job Title: Director of Finance
Requirements 

• Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities related to the school.
• First degree in accounting, finance or banking preferred.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
• At least 10 years’ work experience of which 5 years must have been in a managerial position performing the functions of head financial control of accounts.
• Proficient use of CT packages including MS Office Suite, internet and accounting software.
