Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Description
- Manage and administer company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation
- Review incoming contracts from customers and vendors, and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
- Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
- Experience managing contracts within the Oil and Gas industry
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and condition
- Coordinate with Managers and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
- Assist with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements
- Track contract compliance, and update and renew contracts as required by company
- Knowledge of drilling equipment and uses and knowledge of drilling practices and procedures
- Experience with additional training in contract law a plus.
- Paralegal + advanced commercial contracts manager certification (CCCM) a plus.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering.
- 5 to 20 years related experience and/or training.
