Architects
Responsibilities
Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.
Shall be responsible for pre and post contract architectural designs.
Shall take brief from clients and supervisors and translate to working drawings for site implementation.
Shall be responsible for compliance with both aesthetics and statutory requirement of all projects.
Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager;
Shall perform any other functions to be allocated by the Project Manager;
Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .
M.Sc/B.Sc/HND in Architecture
Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.
