We are recruiting to fill the position of:Quantity Surveyors
Responsibilities
Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.
Shall head the Quantity Surveying Unit of the organization.
Shall head the stock/inventory unit of the organization.
Shall be responsible for costing, valuations, certifications, project financial reporting etc. .
Shall assist/advice the Project Manager on contractual documentation, attend project meetings, vet claims, variations and fluctuations ete.
Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager.
Shall perform any other functions that may be allocated by the Project Manager.
Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .
B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveyors
Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.
